He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, a Bachelor of Social Science Honours (BSoc Sci Hons) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), and has successfully completed the People Management Programme at the prestigious Stellenbosch Business School.
